Over the course of a full hour, we will take the time to listen to your story, perform an deep dive into your health history, complete a full body Nutrition Response Testing assessment, and see if we're a good fit for each other. The initial holistic health consultation is the 1st step in starting your healing journey with us! Over the course of a full hour, we will take the time to listen to your story, perform an deep dive into your health history, complete a full body Nutrition Response Testing assessment, and see if we're a good fit for each other. The consultation also includes a 15 minute follow up visit called a Report of Findings visit to go over the results of the assessment and go over a recommended plan of care.

Coaching

We offer a variety of coaching sessions including Holistic Nutrition, Lifestyle, Detoxification, and Nervous System Regulation. These coaching sessions are a part of our CORE healing program. However, coaching sessions can be scheduled separately outside of an active program. If you have a question about which one would be best for you, please call / text 423-405-0990.
